You will need to cancel your current booking in your User Profile and make a new one. Please sign in to your User Profile or register using the email specified during the booking process to create it. Online cancellation will be available in the Bookings section of your User Profile. When canceling a booking, your E-Wallet will be topped up with the amount you paid. Use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking. Please note that you will not be able to cancel your booking if your rental period has already started.

How do I withdraw funds from the E-Wallet to my original payment method?

Please sign in to your User Profile or register. In the Bookings section, find your active booking, click "Overview", and then Cancel. The funds will get added to your E-Wallet instantly. You will receive a "Your E-Wallet has been credited" email with a "How does it work?" section. Please follow the instructions.

How do I get money to my E-Wallet?

To get money to your E-Wallet, please check the cancellation policy in your voucher, by clicking View Voucher. Online cancellation will be available in the Bookings section of your User Profile: Please go to EconomyBookings and make sure to register your account. Sign in to your User Profile or register using the email specified during the booking process to create it. When you Sign in please find the Bookings section. You will see your Accepted/Pending/Past bookings. Click on the green button "Overview". Scroll down to find the button "CANCEL" - continue with cancellation. Click on Cancel & Receive xxx EUR Credit. When canceling a booking, top up your Credit Wallet to save the amount paid. You will see the message "Booking canceled". Also you will receive email notification that booking was canceled. You will see E-Wallet balance in your User Profile immediately. You can use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking.
