Any incident or damage caused by negligent acts such as drunk driving, misfuelling, driving off-road, breaking local laws or the rules of the road, and other situations when you weren’t sticking to the Terms & Conditions of car rental agreement.

Extras/additional services (child seats, GPS, etc.).
- 10.3.3.
Personal valuables.
- 10.3.4.
Hotel costs or other out-of-pocket expenses.
- 10.3.5.
Cleaning costs or damage to the car’s interior or mechanical parts.
- 10.3.6.
Bank fees or any differences in currency exchange rates.
- 10.3.7.
Third-party damages.
- 10.3.8.
Car damage caused by natural disasters, acts of war and terror attacks.
Policy limitations.
Full Coverage requests must be reported to EconomyBookings no later than 30 days after the rental end. Full Coverage reimburses damage and theft excess under your car rental agreement up to a maximum amount of 1 700 EUR*.
*Or the same amount in local currency at the exchange rate.
How to get compensation and withdraw funds from Full Coverage
If an insured event occurs during your car rental, please do the following:
1. Contact our Customer Support team by submitting a claim through the My Booking section on our website.
2. The Customer Support team will review your claim and if it falls under the Full Coverage policy, you will receive an email regarding the compensation.
3. Please note that the compensation amount can only be transferred to the E-Wallet in your profile on our website. If you do not have a profile, you will need to create it and activate your E-Wallet.
4. Once you activate your E-Wallet, the booking credit will be transferred to it.
5. If you would like to withdraw funds from your E-Wallet to your preferred payment method, please submit your request through the My Booking section on our website.
6. The funds will be transferred to your preferred payment method within 14 days.
