You may cancel your booking and receive a 100% refund up to 48 hours before pick-up. The booking will be refunded to your E-Wallet in the form of BookingCredit™. You may withdraw it to your original payment method free of charge or use it as credit for future bookings. If you cancel your booking later than 48 hours after confirmation and up to 48 hours before pick-up you still can receive a 100% refund to your E-Wallet in the form of BookingCredit™. If you wish to receive a refund to the original payment method, you will be charged an administration fee of 65 EUR. If the amount charged on your booking is equal to or less than 65 EUR, you will not receive a refund to your original payment method. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before scheduled pick-up time, no refund will be provided. Bookings made within 48 hours of the pick-up time are non-refundable.

Please sign in to your User Profile or register using the email specified during the booking process to create it. Online cancellation will be available in the Bookings section of your User Profile. When canceling a booking, your E-Wallet will be topped up with the amount you paid. Use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking. Please note that you will not be able to cancel your booking if your rental period has already started.

How do I get money to my E-Wallet?

To get money to your E-Wallet, please check the cancellation policy in your voucher, by clicking View Voucher. Online cancellation will be available in the Bookings section of your User Profile: Please go to EconomyBookings and make sure to register your account. You will receive a "Your E-Wallet has been credited" email with a "How does it work?" section. Please follow the instructions.
