Picked up exact model of car as ordered-not always the case! Staff were friendly and efficient on both pick up and drop off. Less than 5 minute mini van ride from airport to hire car location. Would recommend as offers better value than 'at airport terminal' hire car companies.

Staff was very helpful. We booked and picked up after hours and they were very accommodating. Drop off was ease and quick! The car was clean and really nice. Definitely worth checking them out if you need a rental, you will be very satisfied.
Only draw back was we had to return car & pick up again as our stay was longer than 28 days Did not get exact car booked but hybrid car that was very good

Staff were excellent , Greg ( could be Bret ) at drop off was extremely competent and dispelled any stress because we did have a couple of issues with the car ( no one at fault )

I had a great hybrid car, cost effective, in perfect condition. Service was super quick to pick up and drop off at BNE airport. Furthermore, I was confused as thought I was covered with my credit card but realised I didn't use the right one etc. so went to the branch on Gerbler street the day after and was able to get the comprehensive insurance with no issue and had great service. I'm really pleased and impressed!
