After I made my reservation, I saw negative reviews about ecomomybookings.com so I was concerned about my reservation but decided not to make any changes. I didn't put a deposit on the reservation so I wasn't out any money. I'm glad I didn't cancel the reservation! The rental company had my reservation and we didn't have ANY issues! Economy booking was $100 + cheaper than Priceline, kayak, and all the other booking sites. I'll be using them again if I need another rental!
I had a great hybrid car, cost effective, in perfect condition. Service was super quick to pick up and drop off at BNE airport. Furthermore, I was confused as thought I was covered with my credit card but realised I didn't use the right one etc. so went to the branch on Gerbler street the day after and was able to get the comprehensive insurance with no issue and had great service. I'm really pleased and impressed!
Nothing positive to say crap service is not made good by a great new vehicle!
