It was a great experience staff was friendly as well and knowledgeable on the terms and conditions. I just want to ask as well about my refund deposit? Does it take 2-3 days for me to wait for the refund deposit? Thanks
We are from New Zealand, had trouble firstly with credit card, the lady, I couldn’t memorize exactly her name, starting with V, she has been really, really helpful, super nice, and supportive, she is the hero for our American trip. Our whole family give her appreciation!!
Great value. Couldn't get truck due to recent hurricane but replacement was more than adequate. Guy in car lot was super helpful too. (Cant remember his name)

Autohuur in de VS is eigenlijk altijd goed geregeld. In ieder geval bij de 'grote namen'. Er wordt al veel minder gepusht om extras te nemen dan vroeger.

I found the cheapest car from the cheapest rental company for a 7-day tour of the South Island. I was worried the car would struggle with the steep terrain but my little Toyota zipped up the hills no problem. The car was reliable and I had no problems. At drop-off, Yesaway had a shuttle van ready to drop me at the airport. It was a good experience with this Chinese-run business.
Everything went smoothly with booking the car, pick it up & drop off at the airport. The vehicle I had was wonderful to drive! Would definitely recommend to others to book through Economy bookings/Thrifty Car Rental. Thank you for making my trip easy :)
